Installation & Commissioning

After-Sales Service

Our after-sales service ensures that your machine performs reliably long after delivery. We provide global support through installation assistance, operator training, warranty service, spare parts, and lifetime technical guidance. We are committed to helping you maximize uptime and efficiency.

  1. Installation & Commissioning
    We offer on-site installation services (where applicable) or remote video guidance. Our technicians will assist with setup, calibration, and trial operation to make sure the machine runs smoothly from day one.
  2.  Operator Training
    Free training is provided on basic operation, daily maintenance, safety instructions, and troubleshooting. Training can be conducted via video call or on-site based on customer needs.
  3. 1-Year Warranty
    All machines come with a one-year limited warranty that covers mechanical and electrical parts (excluding consumables). If any quality issue occurs within the warranty period, we’ll supply free replacement parts and remote support.
  4.  Lifetime Technical Support
    Even after the warranty expires, we continue to provide lifetime technical consultation and remote assistance. Our engineers are always ready to help solve problems and optimize machine performance.
  5. Spare Parts Supply
    We maintain sufficient stock of critical spare parts. Most standard parts can be shipped out within 1–3 working days to minimize downtime.
  6. Remote Troubleshooting
    If your machine encounters problems, we offer remote troubleshooting via video call, online chat, or detailed guidance documents. In special cases, overseas on-site service can be arranged.
