Designed to streamline mattress edge finishing, it uses a fixed sewing head with vertical and angle adjustments to suit different mattress heights and thicknesses. As mattresses move smoothly on synchronized conveyor belts, the machine automatically rotates them 90° at corners and flips them for bottom-side taping, ensuring continuous production without manual handling.
The motorized belt and synchronized rotating arm allow the operator to stay stationary while achieving effortless cornering. Even the heaviest premium mattresses are flipped within seconds, thanks to the heavy-duty flipping system. After tape edging, the adaptable continuous flow system transports the mattress to the next station, maximizing production speed and greatly reducing labor costs.
With its stationary sewing position, the innovative design keeps the sewing head fixed while mattresses move through the machine, eliminating the need for operator movement and enhancing consistency and precision.
The auxiliary push mechanism intelligently assists in automatically aligning mattresses during the sewing process, eliminating the need for manual repositioning by the operator.
