During this high-profile event, KIMKOO will exhibit at the CIFM/interzum Guangzhou 2019 hall, a leading platform for the woodworking and furniture machinery sectors in Asia. At our booth (S13.2H01), KIMKOO will present its latest advancements in manufacturing mattress machinery, focusing on solutions designed to improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Some of the key machines to be showcased include:

• Mattress Rolling Machine: A game-changing innovation in mattress packaging, this machine efficiently roll-packs various types of mattresses, including pocket-coil spring, bonnel, foam, and latex. By reducing the mattress volume by up to 95%, this solution enables significant savings in storage and shipping costs. The auto-roll-pack system ensures a seamless process where mattresses are compressed, sealed, and packaged with an adjustable exit diameter, catering to different mattress sizes.
• Mattress Tape Edge Machine: Specifically designed to sew the top and bottom edges of mattresses, this machine guarantees precision and durability, making it essential for high-quality mattress production. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting and efficient operation, meeting the demands of large-scale production environments.
• Pillow Packing Machine: Custom-designed for latex and foam pillows, this machine simplifies the packing process by automatically rolling and packaging pillows in pre-sized PE bags. It provides an efficient packaging solution that complements the needs of e-commerce and retail sectors.

Challenges and Future Prospects

While the exhibition space limited the display of some of our larger machinery, such as the automatic mattress packing machine and the fully automatic mattress fold compression roll pack machine, we were pleased to engage with many interested visitors.
